Our Show

Discover the best horse show in Southern New England!

Since 1963, South Shore Horsemen’s Council (SSHC) has represented and promoted the needs and interests of the horsemen and women who drive southern New England’s equine industry.

As a non-profit corporation, the mission of SSHC is to protect, create, develop and maintain public interest, awareness and access to owning, breeding, raising, training, riding and exhibiting equines, while promoting the many aspects of southern New England’s equestrian activities and sport.

Our extensive class list includes:

· Breed-specific classes and divisions for Quarter Horses, Appaloosas, Color Breeds, Morgans, Arabians and Saddlebreds

· New England Horsemen’s Council and Massachusetts Horsemen’s Council rated classes

· Marshall & Sterling and South Eastern Hunter Association Medal Classes

· Pleasure and Hunter Classics at each show (double judged)

· Classes for In-Hand, Driving, Jumping and any ridden discipline.

Our one-day shows offer something for everyone - from Beginner to Professional.

Ribbons and prizes are awarded at each show.  SSHC is also planning to offer a Year End Awards Banquet with an array of fantastic awards!!

Conveniently located just minutes from Routes 24, 104, 138 and 495, our horse shows are held at Rozena’s, Elm Street, Raynham, MA.  Click on the link to the right to obtain driving directions from your area.
