Please print and mail with your check or money order, payable to SSHC, to:

Must be a active junior or senior member of South Shore Horsemen's Council in good standing for the past two (2) years
Applicant must be a senior in high school accepted to a college( or) have graduated from high school and be currently attending college.
Application due by January 1, and to be announced at the following annual year end banquet
An official transcript from high school or college from last semester (with at least 2.9 GPA)
Provide a letter(s) of recommendation(s) from a teacher, employer, coach, clergy, etc. NOT family or friend
One page resume, double spaced detailing your activities with SSHC and your activity with your community. Also include any awards received academic or other achievement awards.
Must have competed in one (1) or more of SSHC horse shows.
Scholarship will be awarded after one completed semester and an official current transcript from the college (with at least a 2.9 GPA) is forwarded to the scholarship committee.
Applicant must submit a color or black/white photograph head shot with application.
